They can also heat up your coffee and even burn it.
Conical Burr Grinder
For the best coffee grinder you will spend more, but you also get more. The conical burr grinder has to O shaped steel whiles in them that crush the coffee between the burrs of each wheel. This gets a more consistent grind, gives you more settings, allows the machine to grind slower, cooler, and quieter. It also stops when the beans are done grinding and doesn’t cause the coffee to stick to the sides of the grinder.
Conical Burr Grinders are the best for most types of coffee enjoyment. It is the best option for drip coffee, but it isn’t as important. It is really important in espresso makers, espresso posts, and the French press though. There are times when spending more money is very important to do and it will get you the best product possible. Buying the conical burr grinder is definitely the best option when looking into buying a coffee grinder.
